Returns and refunds
As customised products cannot be resold we can only accept returns for faulty items or non customised goods.
Still need to return your items?
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the original goods have not been customised and are returned in saleable condition.
To proceed with your refund or exchange, contact us by email at returns@wearebrandwear.co.uk and we will begin the returns process.
